 Matt was wonderful to work with! He is very thoughtful and excels in communication. My work laptop had a hardware issue and Matt worked tirelessly to resolve it- even ordering several parts on my behalf. I was really stressed out about not having my work laptop given that I am working remotely. My laptop was fixed in no time and Matt walked me through the entire process. You couldn't ask for a better tech-guy! I don't know anything about laptops but I know I have a new resource for all my questions.

I live in another state so he worked virtually with me. I'm not a computer person so he was was clear and patient with me. He was able to translate into layman's terms what the problem was, how to fix it, then he proceed to help me do it.
I also had to send my laptop to be fix and upgraded which gave me 5 more years out of my computer and saved me a ton of money. It was an easy experience. He set it up for me. I had it back in now time from him.
He communicates really well. He's friendly, easy to get along with.

I can't recommend him enough. He is fair and he is honest.

 Hi Guys, ok if you have ANY computer issues at all Matt is your Superman that will guaranteed swoop in and save the day. His prices are extremely reasonable and he will speak with you while he does his magic. The best part is that he's a straight forward (IT Guy - lol) that will answer all your questions. Best practices and Quality assurance indeed so if you're seeing this - Stop . You just found the best answer for whatever problem you got. Please believe me - Matt got me out of a major computer jam!!! He's the best guys trust me :-)

 Due to the pandemic and because I still had Internet access, Matt remotely worked on my desktop computer.  Matt did an excellent job.  He was impeccable with his word.  I highly recommend him for his services.  The price I paid was worth it to get my computer back on track!  Matt was very personable and patient with my computer issues.  He was cheaper than the price quote I got from HomeAdvisor.  Thanks Matt for a job well done! 

 My computer skills are very basic so when something isn't working I need help right NOW! And Matt provided it, managing to upgrade the operating system on my old laptop so that it was in sync with my new printer! A maneuver that sounds easy but wasn't! He will help me out once again soon to get another MacBook Pro laptop in operating order.
