In today's digital world WiFi has become one of the essentials. It connects a myriad of devices to the internet from smart devices, computers, and printers... even some TV's!  Yes, you may have WiFi, but do you have good WiFi.... or even GREAT WiFi?  Your internet provider's WiFi router might not be the end all solution, and you don't have to accept it! There are other options that might be better for you. 

Together we can work together to determine what WiFi solution works best in your home or office.

Sometimes a store bought pre-built computer is a great match for your needs, but sometimes it is just not enough. Gamers and those that need extremely powerful computers build their own "rigs" and can benefit from customizing their computer to fit their exact needs. 

Building a computer can be a bit overwhelming for those that don't have the technical know how to do so.  There are so many options and decisions to make when building a computer that most will not even consider this a viable option.

Building a custom computer is a service I offer to clients so that you can have a computer that better fits your needs vs a commercially available pre-built. We will determine the correct components that the computer will need to meet your needs and what you want it to look like. Soon the parts will all arrive and that is when the fun starts --- the build!  

You now have one last decision to make.  Do you want it built and to be delivered to your doorstep and made ready for use, or do you want to get in there and help build your new computer?   The Build Experience is a service (at no extra cost) that allows you to work with me to build your computer.  Throughout the whole build we will discuss the process and what each part contributes to the computer.  At the end of the session, you will have a new computer that you built and a learning experience to remember.

Evanston is not a small place and is surrounded by many great cities.  We will be glad to travel to a location for a service call in the local area for no extra charge.  Local travel will consist of any travel that is under 20 miles.

Any travel to and from a service call that is over 20 miles will be charged a travel fee of $40

Services performed over the phone, via remote access, or on-site in the local Evanston and surrounding area are as follows

A one-hour remote service appointment is rated at $175 per hour. (one-hour minimum service required)

A two-hour appointment is rated at $175 per hour. (one-hour minimum service required)

A four-hour appointment is rated at $175 per hour. (two-hour minimum service required)

One two hour Saturday appointment is available, it is billed at double my normal appointment rate. Please only schedule this after consultation with me so I might confirm you understand the billing rate for this appointment.
