The Covid-19 Pandemic

Even with the spread slowing down, Covid-19 remains a concern, especially with possible variants occurring.  The virus will continue to infect those that are not wary and prepared to protect themselves properly.  The CDC guidelines for interpersonal contact will guide our response to in person interaction.

Although the vaccine will protect the individual inoculated, it will not protect those that have not yet had their shot, therefore we ask both the vaccinated and non-vaccinated to comply with the guidelines as outlined below.

• Masks must be worn by all parties on-site even if not involved with the repair or in another part of the property.
• Windows in the room(s) leading to and into the room where the issue exists must be opened by at least 1 inch to allow proper airflow.
• All parties must maintain 6 feet of social distancing.
• No person to person contact may be made.
